We are two moms, working in education that have a lot to share. Our minds always seem to be exploding with ideas professionally and personally so we figured why keep them to ourselves when others could get excited about the little things that we do. We have been working hard over the past three years through A LOT of trial and error to come up with a Kindergarten Engineering Curriculum that we can offer to others. While it will always be evolving and improving we feel we have put together something amazing for you.
Life with Kids
If you have kids you know there are good moments, rough moments and learning moments. If not, hold on because kids are the best thing in the world but you have no idea how much THEY are going to teach YOU! We are excited to share about our kids and the many things they have taught us along with what they intend to teach us.
Adventures in Kindergarten
If you have not experienced a kindergarten classroom, you should. It’s AMAZING! While kids are learning how to be away from their families, make friendships, be kind, button their pants and wipe their butts they are also learning how to put numbers together, read words and what it means to inquire. There is not another age where children are figuring out so many life skills at the same time they are being asked to learn so much academics. In kindergarten rooms children are innocent and they love to talk and share and THIS my friends is always worth hearing. Spend a day in a kindergarten room and you will be more cautious of what you say and do around your kindergartner.

We will share documents that we use in the classroom and for assessments. We will share where we found our ideas, links we like, blogs we like to follow, articles that we feel are beneficial, funny excerpts and more. Pretty much, we will share just about anything we think may help you as a teacher, ease your job as a parent, give you a laugh, or that we think is totally worth your time!
